We all have some stories/feelings that we never share with anyone or even if we do sometimes we don't feel satisfied with it. Most of us write such stories somewhere in their person diary, email drafts or online created documents. The point here is not about keeping something to yourself but what shall be kept only to ourselves and what not ? I can guarantee that more than 90% people who are not happy with their lives is because of this reason.
Life is a game of timing, it's all I have learned till now at 22 years of age. History could have been completely different if ideas/feelings/stories were shared in different timing than what now exists. I am not only talking about the major world wide events but YOUR history, YOUR present and YOUR future. It relates to your joys and failures, yes I said failures and not sorrows because that happens only when you loose. Share everything you have in your mind, don't keep anything to yourself and most importantly share it with the person to which its related, don't shy and don't be afraid. If its about you and not someone else then share it with your close friends, if you don't have friends then you need to make one, for yourself !
Now, how we know when is the right timing to speak out ? The answer lies nowhere. Observe ! Observe ! Observe ! And never ask yourself if you are ready for a change or not because then its your timing not the correct timing. Sometimes we might realize that the moment has gone. Then it doesn't matter when you do it, so DO IT NOW!
Yes, there will be times when the listener doesn't give an ear to your words. Congratulations! now you have one less person to sacrifice for.
